I love practicing immigration law, because it is the discipline that most invites creativity and problem solving, areas in which I strive to excel. In my opinion, there is no other area of practice that invites more opportunity to "think out of the box" to craft solutions.
The United States immigration laws are extremely complex, broad, and difficult to navigate. Some practitioners have suggested that immigration law is more complicated than tax law. However, immigration law offers the opportunity to plan ahead for certain results, such as U.S. permanent residence, or various nonimmigrant working visa options. Because our clients are motivated to improve their life situations, I find it very rewarding to help them find their own "American Dream."
