My review is completely based on my first hand personal experience with hiring Victor H. Waite as a single mother and getting a divorce was referred to him through another lawyer Janet. L she lacked to tell me her referral was a total crook because he only cares about financial gain for himself. He w...ill overcharge you for his own mistakes made, he will charge you for work that does not need to be done when already done and send you to collections if you disagree with any of his erroneous charges. He will then retaliate against you personally as a former client of his, he will lashout out at you the client who once paid him and threaten to ruin your credit as a result. Also, he takes complete advantage of single mothers especially if they have no knowledge of the process in the legal system. Anybody that can pay will be financially sized up for everything you're worth to be completely taken advantage of financially. He is very accusatory towards the client in an unprofessional manner, he misrepresents, misleads others about information about you to the other Council and is not concerned for the other parties involved or the clients' best welfare.

We randomly met Victor Waite canvassing roofs for our own business and what a God send was he. He has been our attorney of choice and has won cases for us which include a non-compete, and claim of lien therefore he is very versatile in the services he provides. But to truly understand how great he is... you must see him in action on trial. I say this with all the respect in the world, he is a real PIT BULL. Thank you Victor for all your help.
