Victor H Waite

As a child, Victor witnessed his father’s severe injuries from a motor vehicle accident, but his family never received the compensation they deserved, causing them significant financial hardship. This unfair experience sparked Victor’s interest in law. After high school, he worked his way through Florida Atlantic University, earning a degree in Criminal Justice.

Victor later attended St. Thomas University School of Law, where he actively participated in the school’s traveling moot court board and mock trial team, earning numerous awards. He also interned at both the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, the largest defense agency in the state, and the Broward County Attorney’s Office, where he represented the county in civil matters. These experiences solidified his passion for litigation.

After law school, Victor gained courtroom experience by representing corporations and individuals, even arguing cases before the Florida Supreme Court. While many attorneys claim to fight for their clients, Victor distinguishes himself with extensive trial experience. He takes pride in achieving favorable outcomes, whether through pretrial settlements or by successfully seeing cases through to trial.

Victor’s personal mantra is: “Because everyone deserves a voice.” He believes this wholeheartedly, which is why he fights relentlessly to ensure his clients are heard.
