I was amazed at how quickly he culled out the "topline." Set our goals. Responded to my infinite questions then making countless revisions-as a first offer, a counter to their draft. He turned their draft around deleting and simplifying a lot and making such a great case with the net argument, with that our first draft, there was no response. i.e. the argument was over-gone. You couldn't ask for more! No wrangling, no litigation first time out the gate!
