Jeff was superb. We had hired him to assist with getting our escrow money back from a real estate partnership that turned out to not be in our favor. Everything about the transactions were incorrect. I hired Jeffrey to handle the negotiation of a settlement, hopefully, with a Homeowner's Association and their attorney on short notice. There tended to be a lot of peripheral issues and information. He turned their draft around deleting and simplifying a lot and making such a great case with the net argument, with that our first draft, there was no response. i.e. the argument was over-gone. You couldn't ask for more! No wrangling, no litigation first time out the gate!
