Jeff was superb. We had hired him to assist with getting our escrow money back from a real estate partnership that turned out to not be in our favor. Everything about the transactions were incorrect. Jeff got to the bottom of it and our funds were returned to us. Let me mention that he had three days... to do ALOT of work on our case because we hired him at the last minute. He was professional, polite and kept me calm as my anxiety was very high. He kept us informed of each process he was doing. He called and emailed before making any decisions. I would hire him again for all my business and Real Estate transactions.

I hired Jeffrey to handle the negotiation of a settlement, hopefully, with a Homeowner's Association and their attorney on short notice. There tended to be a lot of peripheral issues and information. I was amazed at how quickly he culled out the "topline." Set our goals. Responded to my infinite ques...tions then making countless revisions-as a first offer, a counter to their draft. He turned their draft around deleting and simplifying a lot and making such a great case with the net argument, with that our first draft, there was no response. i.e. the argument was over-gone. You couldn't ask for more! No wrangling, no litigation first time out the gate!
