Biography
I am an attorney specializing in consumer bankruptcy, debt settlement, mortgage modification, and foreclosure litigation. My firm offers a holistic approach to solving your mortgage and debt problems. The Fleysher Law philosophy is to listen to the client, understand their circumstances and goals, and help them make the right choices by presenting all options and contingencies. I am available to my clients throughout the course of representation and beyond.
I have been living in South Florida since 1996 and I am proud to call this place home. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law with honors and volunteered over 300 hours of service to Legal Aid of Broward County during my academic career. At Legal Aid, I worked in the Consumer Unit providing bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer protection services to those who could not afford it otherwise. My commitment to protecting and enforcing the rights of South Florida consumers and homeowners in a personal and professional manner led me to open the Law Office of Emil Fleysher, P.A.
My practice is dedicated to helping my fellow South Floridians regain their financial freedom when they have been trapped by overwhelming debt that they have little or no prospect of repaying. The primary source of such debt is usually rooted in high interest credit cards, bad mortgage loans, and uninsured medical expenses. The laws of Florida and of the United States provide us with rights and protections against these categories of bad debt.

Made perfect decision

Great attorney and staff
Great attorney and staff. Emil started out defending my foreclosure case and later filed a bankruptcy for me and was able to negotiate a loan modification in the bankruptcy. Highly recommended.
