Andrew Lance Ostrega

Andrew L. Ostrega, Esquire is a Real Estate and Immigration attorney focusing in the areas of: Landlord Tenant, Real Estate Litigation, and Real Estate Transactional Law.  Andrew L. Ostrega, Esq. is  an alumni of Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts where he graduated with a degree in visual arts with focused concentrations in Film and Photography.  After completion of his undergraduate education Andrew worked as a production manager in a fast paced New York City print production house. In 2006, Andrew relocated to South Florida with the goal of attending law school primarily in his mind. Andrew obtained employment as office manager and lead paralegal at a high volume commercial litigation and landlord tenant law firm in Miami Beach.  Andrew honed his knowledge of the various statutes and procedures related to Florida landlord tenant law and civil litigation.

Andrew L. Ostrega, Esq. obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad School of Law and has been admitted in to practice law by the Florida State Bar.  Andrew’s strong aspiration to practice law and vigorous work ethic allowed him to attend law school at night while balancing a full time career. Further, Andrew secured a position as a senior member of the Nova Law Review and graduated in the top percentage of his evening division program.

Today, Andrew L. Ostrega, Esq. has been working with Florida’s commercial and residential landlords providing targeted counseling and legal advice for all their landlord tenant issues in Florida.  Additionally, Andrew works with tenants and landlords on lease security deposit matters as well as municipal code compliance, city code violation, and commercial litigation.
