Andy Blasi handled the sale of our home to a buyer who was very difficult throughout the process. Andy handled the contract terms and his changes were invariably the reason we even were able to close. Regardless of the nonsense the buyers and their attorney tried to pull, Andy quashed their arguments... in a professional and straight forward manner. And he did it while handling insignificant details while he literally forced the buyers to the table. In the end we closed and thankfully no need to sue or face a lawsuit over the deposit. Andy is the best. Also, Andy handled a business contract for a family member and somehow got that agreement done. It was a very intricate situation with out of state parties. I had recommended Andy to handle that matter and Andy handled it beautifully.
