Larry A. Strauss

I am a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-rated attorney with +22 years of diverse litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the USA. My practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death matters.

I have litigated a variety of cases in state and federal courts in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington, D.C., and conducted depositions, resolved matters in mediation, and advocated for clients before administrative agencies. I have also served as in-house litigation counsel for a corporation, as well as in state government.

A Florida native, I worked as a journalist at newspapers throughout Florida and in Washington, D.C., for nearly a decade prior to beginning my legal career.

I obtained my law degree from Penn State, and my journalism degree from the University of Florida.
