The South Florida Water Management District is a regional governmental agency that oversees the water resources in the southern half of the state, covering 16 counties from Orlando to the Florida Keys and serving a population of 7.5 million residents. The District is also working to improve the Kissimmee River and its floodplain, Lake Okeechobee and South Florida's coastal estuaries.
Also in 2010, Mr. Waldman was recommended by The Florida Bar Board of Governors and, upon that recommendation, later appointed by Governor Charlie Crist to a four year term as a Member of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. In 2013, Mr. Waldman was elected by his fellow Commissioners as the Chairman of the Commission.

"I was a client and we have co-counseled several matters together over the years. Glenn is everything others have said here and more. However the best endorsement I can give is that if I am ever in a situation where I need counsel,he's the guy and he is the first lawyer I recommend to my family and good friends in any commercial dispute or issue."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Glenn Waldman is a lawyer's lawyer. He has a brilliant legal mind, he is tenaciously aggressive on behalf of his clients, and he is abidingly professional. Anyone with a business dispute, commercial matter, or any kind of civil litigation would be well-served by him."
