She and her assistant were always keeping us informed on what was being done and what was being told to them from the timeshare company, Capital Resorts. We were told up front that this was goin...g to take awhile, but be patient and she would get the job done for us. My wife and myself had been looking for a way out of our timeshare purchased in Mexico. We talked to many ,but no seemed to have TOTAL confindence they could terminate our contract.
