Scott David Hirsch

Scott D. Hirsch is the founding member of Scott Hirsch Law Group, PLLC, a small, but powerful law firm, located in South Florida, specializing in getting justice for everyday investors and consumers. The primary focus of his practice is representing investors in securities arbitration litigation matters nationwide and consumers in consumer protection class actions. Mr. Hirsch prides himself on being the David against the Wall Street and Corporate Goliaths, fighting for the rights of his clients. He has represented thousands of investors throughout the United States in FINRA arbitrations, seeking to hold brokerage firms and their financial advisors accountable for misconduct.

Additionally, he has taken on major corporations who violate consumer protection laws in class actions throughout the country, on behalf of consumers. Throughout his career, Mr. Hirsch has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of investors and consumers.

Mr. Hirsch received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Lynn University and his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Hirsch is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
