My wife and I stayed at the HGV Las Vegas and ended up with a timeshare. After a few months of convincing ourselves that we made a good decision, we snapped out of our denial and reached out to Natalie to help cancel our timeshare contract through an agent we found online. We bought into a timeshare years ago. At that time, the quick talking timeshare salesperson made lots of promises and guarantees which turned out to be very misleading. For example, we discovered that the annual maintenance fees increased significantly every year. Also, these fees are payable fore...ver; and would even pass onto our heirs. Due to these exorbitant fees and that the timeshare no longer met our vacation needs; we made the decision to get out of our timeshare contract. Easier said than done! The timeshare company would not take the timeshare back, nor would they help us in any other way. Selling was an option, but there were no buyers. We reached out to numerous timeshare exit companies. They all had the same things in common: a high pressure salesperson, multiple annoying phone calls, and vague descriptions of what they would do, and requiring significant upfront commission fees, but provided no guarantees that our timeshare would be sold. After research, each company had many complaints filed against them. This was very frustrating experience. Our experience changed dramatically after contacting Natalie Boukzam. During our first phone call, she discussed our particular situation. She then described in detail what she was going to do, and answered all our questions. We knew exactly what to expect and felt very comfortable to proceed. After paying a one-time fee, Natalie Boukzam and her office handled everything else. They guided us through the entire process; and provided us with timely updates. They were always available to answer our questions. After less than seven months, their effort and expertise concluded with our timeshare contract being cancelled.
