I had previously hired (or thought I hired) a law firm to get me out of my time share. After over 18 months, they did nothing, and then told me I had never actually retained them because I had gone through a referral service. Well, the service took my money, and I got zero help. Ms. Boukzam was hired by me in December 2016, regarding the my Timeshare with Capital Resorts. I had two Timeshares with Capital. She handle both of them. I have never experience anyone like her, She worked with me from a distance meaning I live In Missouri, and she lives in Florida. I could not beli...eve that she lived in Florida the many times we talked on the phone it was like we was in the same state. I had immediate responses from my email to Ms. Boukzam, when she said she was going to check into something she did and got back with me in a couple of days. Now November 27, 2018, my case is finished and the Capital Resort acct is stated paid in full on my credit report. I am so happy i can have a peace of mind. Thank you Ms. Boukzam!!!

Boukzam Law and staff were professional, nice and easy to work with. I did a lot of research and contacted several lawyers and "timeshare exit/resolution" places before choosing Boukzam Law. By the way, just because they are in Florida and you're in another state does not mean they can't represent you. I live in Alabama and we had no communication issues or trouble getting anything done. I would actually suggest that you have a lawyer in whatever state your timeshare is in.
