Matthew J. Lane

At the Lane Law Firm, P.A., our senior attorney has over thirty-five (35) years of trial experience. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University and a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. Subsequent to law school, Mr. Lane was selected to serve as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Lane has been Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Marital and Family Law Committee for four (4) terms. He is listed inWho’s Who in American Law. Mr. Lane received the highest AVVO rating (10). He also received the highest JUSTIA rating (10). Mr. Lane is a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section; the Florida Bar Family Law Section; the Palm Beach County Bar Association Marital and Family Law Committee; and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association Family Law Committee.

Mr. Lane is a Member of the Palm Beach County School Board and is a past Council Member of the City of Palm Beach Gardens. He has served on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach County, as legal counsel to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and as General Counsel to Hospice of Palm Beach County. Mr. Lane has been a Board Member of the North County Neighborhood Coalition and the Palm Beach Gardens Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. He has served on the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.

Matthew Lane is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 6th, and 7th Circuits.
