George Edward Gelb

George E. Gelb, Esquire manages the Firm's Marital and Family Law Division, specializing in the litigation of complex marital and family law matters. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law, is a former Assistant Attorney General, is AV rated by Martindale Hubble, the highest rating for legal ability and professionalism, and selected as a Florida Superlawyer by his peers in the legal community. Mr. Gelb is an accomplished trial attorney and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since his admission in 1977. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Mr. Gelb received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, having obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Miami. He was awarded his Masters of Law from New York University School of Law in 1978.   Mr. Gelb's practice includes the litigation of complex marital and family disputes, modifications of alimony, child support, custody, visitation, prenuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, state, national and international child abduction, paternity, annulments, the setting aside of final, judgments obtained by fraud or misrepresentation, and domestic violence matters. He has practiced law for over 30 years and is frequently called upon as an expert witness on family law matters.
