Mary Hudson has exceeded my expectations, has been helping me through the toughest part of my life, and is still helping me to this day. Where should i begin? Well, I have a two year old daughter named Jaliyah and I currently reside in NY. My daughter and her mother lived in Florida (among other states due to several relocations). My daughters mother has moved several times in a two year period and has proven to be unstable. She h...as "fled" from state to state to avoid a relationship between a daughter and her father. After a year and a half of fighting, a mediation agreement was formed, 50/50. I remained in NY and my daughters mother now resided in PA. It was a three hour commute to pick up my baby weekly, but it was well worth the bus rides. Then, all of a sudden, all communication with my daughters mother stopped. Days later i found out that she had "fled" back to Florida again. I was heartbroken with the thought of never seeing my baby again. I caught the next flight out of NY and into sunny FL. With pick up order in hand on a saturday morning, i called the Broward county sheriffs office to accompany me with the order. The sheriffs gave me an EXTREMELY difficult time and mentioned that the order would not be fulfilled because the case was based out of Palm Beach County and not Broward. They mentioned i would have to wait until Monday to get the pick up order domesticated to Broward County. I could not wait till Monday because of work. I felt like i was so close, yet so far from my daughters touch. With all the emotions running through my mind, i broke down in tears. I called Mary. She was ALWAYS available. She immediately went to bat for me and called the sergeant of Broward County. Her aggressiveness and incredible knowledge of Florida law allowed the sheriffs to finally grant and fulfilll the pick up order!
