Divorce

Excellent experience and result

Mr. Gisondo represented me in a divorce with minor children, investment property and business ownership interests. Excellent and competent

Grant Gisando and his team helped me to defend my child and I during a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. He was able to protect us from an unjust claim that provided a very long and overdue resolution. His empathy and steadfast focus on our case was just what was needed during one of the worst times of our lives. Didn’t let my ex bully me.

Don’t settle and let Grant fight for you. Don’t give up and don’t let your ex intimidate you. My ex got mad that I wanted to follow the parenting plan and thought he could bluff all the way up to court. My first attorney didn’t understand why it was important for me to stick up for myself and not let my ex bully me. Sure enough I won my motion to dismiss with Grant. If you are looking for a attorney that stands up for you then go with Grant Gisondo.

Wonderful Experience

I hired Grant for a child timesharing modification. He and Amy were skillful in representing me throughout the entire process. They were professional and also timely. I felt that they respected my financial situation and were fair. Grant is incredibly personable, which matters a great deal to me and I am sure others as well. It makes the process a lot easier when an attorney can hold a conversation without losing you in law lingo and breakdown what everything means in layman's terms. I found an expert ...

The complexities were nearly impossible for me to imagine when ending my 35 year marriage. In the middle of Covid, a dependent minor, and a track record of successful businesses (yet unemployed due to the pandemic) Grant was the perfect resource who not only knew the local legal landscape but also exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, empathy and legal advice. Excellent Attorney & Team!

Competency & Compassion

I hired Grant as my divorce attorney after speaking with several others. He is very knowledgeable and I believe he represented my interests extremely well. When I had questions, I always got a prompt reply, and never felt like I was asking silly questions or bothering them for help. I was kept informed by his staff about the status, next steps, etc. through out this process — one of unchartered territory for me (my only divorce). He and his staff are extremely competent AND compassionate. A really great firm!

Grant took on my divorce case last year. I had a lot twists and turns throughout, but Grant and his paralegals were by my side through it all. They listened to all my many questions and "what ifs" and really put me at ease during this trying time. They always returned my emails and phone calls in a timely manner & helped me organize tons of documents that I collected. Awesome

Grant and his team represented me through a very difficult divorce with minor children. Grant did a great job negotiating a favorable alimony settlement, property distribution schedule and a schedule for me to see my children. Best representation I could ask for

I hired Grant to help me with my divorce. His staff is a friendly & efficient team. I was very worried about the division of assets since my ex husband was claiming to be disabled. Grant is a smart negotiator and was extremely empathetic to my situation. He was able to negotiate for me at mediation and I was able to get what I wanted with acceptable compromises. You may be able to find an attorney with lower fees, but you will not find more competent representation. He is worth it. If I ever need representation in the future, Grant will be by my side!! They have my complete gratitude.
