Biography
As a practitioner with over twenty years experience, I am deeply committed to the concept that divorce and family law proceedings should be a vehicle to move two people away from each other with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, many times this is not the case. As a result, the children and extended families of the clients are often pulled into a whirlpool of emotional decay and financial ruin. These situations require an experienced professional who can by-pass needless litigation and move toward a results-oriented goal.
I believe that good people often find themselves in difficult circumstances with little or no understanding of the true policy considerations underlying the Florida Statutes on Dissolution of Marriage, Shared Parenting, time sharing, Child Support, Spousal Support, and Equitable Distribution. These are critical issues that must be dealt with strategically and professionally in order to provide a new foundation to each party for the future.
It is with the above in mind that I strive to represent each client to the best of my ability.
