This attorney says upon retaining my old case that I had a great chance to receive a significant settlement. Less than two weeks later without any notification whatsoever, he resigns from his practice and joins a separate one who did not pursue the case. Their loss in a major way. It is obvious from ...his television coverage that he’s more concerned with his own personal exposure on television, etc. Definitely better attorneys with practical communication and professionalism toward clients are more easily available than this attorney. Never heard from him again after my initial meeting with him except when receiving his stamped signature letter that t he’s dismissing the claim on another attorneys letterhead . Not recommended.

This guy from start to finish was the best I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a handful of attorneys in my time. From day one he explained to me everything and made sure I understood everything he also kept in constant contact with me all the time and was immediatly responsive to all of my ...emails and calls. He knew everything about my case and how to go about it and ultimately got me what I deserved and it went to trial and if they had oscar awards for attorneys in the courtroom this guys got it and his office was also very great and helpful with my case. If the time ever comes around I will not think twice to go anywhere but Spencers office

I read the other review and frankly it's probably just sour grapes from someone who wasn'...t really hurt and was just looking to get money for an injury they didn't have.
