Just like John said in his review this guy is not looking out for you. Obviously he knows someone @ the courthouse because it came minutes after my summons for court. For 61 followers, 9 reviews tread softly. Whatever you do, don't be rude to Donna Marie or by no mans do not disagree with him. I told... him the only reason why I had hired him is because he offered a payment plan. oh my goodness he hit the roof. So after paying him $500.00 to file my case, sent him copies of everything and all my personal information he the fired me & returned (not because he wanted to ) $338.00 & stated the rest he was keeping.This all transpired because I was upset he hung up after seeing me on zoom call but not be able to get through.Please, please, please do not make the same mistake, you deserve so much better

Mr. Loyacano was my 2020 hero thru my own financial problems. He makes the transition of meeting you on your own level to fully understand the process in which you are entering. He will give you a feeling of self respect in an otherwise scary and intolerable scenario! He talks to you not at you, you ...go into his office anxious you come out humbled, knowledgeable and knowing someone is going to get through it! I gave Ryan a couple of uphill battles, he got me thru!!! I would highly recommend Mr. Loyacano's services and know you will be in great hands!! Thank you for all you did for me!!

From the moment I walked in the door they make you feel like family. I was lost and confused had no idea how I could afford an attorney but knew I had no other option.
