I was so in debt it felt like i was drowning and on top of that i was getting garnish and i was like oh God literal what am i going to do ,? First of all he finds out who is being sued and solicits them with a letter. Most people are afraid when they are being sued so they are desperate and will grasp at any straw. I went there to talk about a Chapter 7 but he was determined to convince me that I should file a Chapter 13. He sa...id that the trustee would take all my stuff except for my house. He said that my Ford F-150 that I paid 23 thousand dollars for in 2013 is now worth 22 thousand dollars so I could say good bye to that. But he did not know that I have done a Bankruptcy before and the trustee did not want my old stuff then so I'm guessing that he is still not going to be interested in my old, beat up work truck or my utility trailers, or my aluminum Jon boat that was made in 1987 This Ryan is working with the Trustee to get as much money out of you as possible. I asked him twice what he would charge me and Twice he did not answer me. He said that he gets paid from the trustee. This guy is not on your side. Its so sad that there are lawyers like this. As for the lawsuit: the last time I got one of these an Attorney took the case for Free, Filed a Counter suit against the Credit Card Company because the case was weak, (as the present case is also weak). The lawyer got the case Dismissed and the Credit card Company had to Pay his fee of 2,500.00 dollars. The Suit was for less then that. We need more lawyers like that and less like Ryan.

From the moment I walked in the door they make you feel like family. I was lost and confused had no idea how I could afford an attorney but knew I had no other option. Forget about the light at the end of the tunnel. I couldn't even find the tunnel. I had left my job due to previous back injury and taking care of family,I was so down about finances. I recieved a notification by mail I was being sued. After some research,I decided to consult with Ryan. Best decision... I have ever made.
