Caryn and her team were able to turn an extremely bad situation into a win. My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence to have me removed from my house and my children after I filed for divorce. At that time I hired Caryn who had to fight a restraining order, a divorce, and help my criminal defen...se attorney. This all happening in quickly in a period of weeks. Caryn devised a strategy and executed that plan above my greatest expectations. Her work in a deposition of my ex-wife lead to my criminal charges being dropped by the state which is very difficult in Broward county. Then she had my ex-wife voluntarily remove the restraining order as Caryn exposed all her falsehoods in a deposition and shined light what the real truth of this matter was. Caryn had my time sharing restored from 0% to 50% very quickly. In the final negotiations Caryn was able to secure the matters that were important to me, additionally she thought of some additional essential matters that I would need and secured them as well. She was able to draft all the documents with extreme accuracy and the level of detail that will allow me to navigate the continued parenting challenges with my ex-wife and protect me from future false clams as well as protect my time with my children.
