I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to have Caryn represent us in our case. Prior to hiring her, she was completely upfront and honest about her assumed outcome of our case. Throughout the entire process, she did not slack ONCE. She, and her staff, put forth more time, effort, meticulousness... and dedication than I could have asked for, which is worth so much more than money can buy. She went above and beyond to fight for what she felt was just and wouldn't accept anything less. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she responded promptly and ensured I understood what she advised. Caryn was a recommendation from a co-worker. We were skeptical due to attorneys we had used in the past. She was straight forward and upfront about everything involved in our custody case from the very start. Her knowledge of the law in the state of Florida and the ins and outs of the court system an...d processes is highly evident in everything she does. She listened to all my wants and needs (even when they were unrealistic) and was able to formulate something that was realistic but stayed true to what I was hoping to get from my case (my prior experience with attorneys was that they promised the world even when it was unrealistic and I was unsatisfied & disappointed). First I want to say if I could give a 100 stars that it still wouldn't be enough for how amazing Caryn was and How much I would recommend her. The biggest thank you has to go to this amazing team of Lawyers from Ward & Damon. These amazing Women- Caryn and her super women amazing paralegal Emily wh...o without them I wouldn't be here today with my son. Caryn and team had never won a relocation with getting custody and decision making with a Father before. Being a Father in this system is very difficult and it's even more difficult trying to be awarded custody from the mother, let alone a relocation. That's nearly impossible to do ask anybody around. But when my wife and I walked in and met Caryn and her team for the first time, we felt a connection with them after meeting with different lawyers. They warned us of how difficult the road ahead was going to be and how low our odds were going to be. Elle and I knew our chances but we forged through the path ahead with Caryn, Gina, and Emily leading the way with the light. Through all the court dates, filings, temp orders and many nights communicating at all hours trying to work through things, they were always there for me. These amazing Women talked me off ledges when I wanted to give up because nothing was going right. They were always there for a shoulder to cry on and advice, all while telling me to trust the process and let them guide my wife and I through this storm. Their passion got even deeper when things would happen and they became even more involved, and made it a mission to win this case. Well it's now save to say that these women empowered me and helped get us to this verdict that I have today. I won the relocation for my son, majority time sharing, and ultimate decision making. Something I couldn't have down without this group of amazing lawyers. Words can't describe how amazing and knowledgeable of the law.
