I had hired Joel Blumburg to collect a debt of $15900 from a client in 2010. He collected an initial fee of $2000 from me and deducted 17% of what the client agreed to pay in installments. I had to call or email Joel repeatedly to call the client and to collect payments. Joel was as deadbeat as the c...lient in collecting payments. Finally in 2011, Joel told me that the debt could not be collected and would not pursue further. I lost $8900. I would not recommend Joel Blumberg for collection cases.
