I wanted to write about Stu Young, the attorney representing my brother in difficult bankruptcy. During the course Stu’s representation I got to know him pretty well and wanted to say he’s a brilliant bankruptcy attorney who truly knows his stuff - an order magnitude smarter and way nicer than most a...ttorneys I’ve met. He’s amazingly knowledgeable at navigating the complexities of bankruptcy and planning things so that everything happens the right way, the best way possible, with no mistakes. And just as importantly he’s a genuine honest and kind human being who really cares about his clients and the hardship and emotional distress bankruptcy can cause.
