I feel like this review won't come come close to how highly I feel about Mr. Young. If you are like me, you probably do not know every detail of bankruptcy, the laws, and the do's and don'ts. This is why it is CRITICAL that you select an attorney like Mr. Young that has the experience and knowledge t...o guide you. One small mistake can land you in a great deal of distress. I transferred my case to Mr. Young from another attorney, mid-case due to a variety of reasons that could have really harmed my case. When I transferred to Mr. Young, I immediately felt safe. He took my phone calls, kept me calm, and advised me exactly per CaseLaw. There wasn't any "I don't know's" or "Let me get back to you's." He knows the law and is straight forward with you. He is intelligent, doesn't beat around the bush, and doesn't take your money and throw you to the wolves. He is there for you every step of the way. Now if that is not good enough, his Paralegal, Linda is also top-notch. She has been with the firm for many many years and also knows her business. She is very kind, walks you through anything you need, and helps you if you are confused, or not sure of something. She is detailed, makes sure that everything in your filing is exact. She is simply amazing. Having this TEAM behind me, has taken away so much stress, I can actually relax and I truly feel like they are there for me. Do not take bankruptcy with a grain of salt. You must have a solid firm backing you in case anything comes up down the road where you are prepared and everything is accurate to a T. I was in need of a good attorney and when you want the very best Stuart is the man and he is the only one who took the extra steps and became board certified which speaks volumes!!! Stuart took care of my mortgage issue that was very complex. i was really stressed out over this whole situation that w...as going on for 12 years with the mortgage company and this was my last option to save my house . Everyone in this office is caring and wonderful. Stuart Young took excellent care of my mother, who had to file for bankruptcy this year. His assistant, Katherine, was AMAZING to work with. They both really took the time to get to know her situation and advise her in the best way possible. We also us...ed their firm to help to update her POA and her will. I want to send a message to anyone in need of GREAT representation through the bankruptcy procedure. My message is simple: Stuart Young and his legal team are up to the task of liberating you!! I was already over my head in debt and then COVID struck the world (and my life!). After having be...en laid-off from my job of 7 years, what little credit that was still available (for a short time) was used to buy groceries for my son and I. Then came the time when I couldn't pay ANY debtors anything! So, I speak experientially, having known the crushing feeling of economic collapse! The sense of failure and doom hung over my head. I felt vulnerable, insecure and very alone in this. This sense of failure and inadequacy ran amok with me, both internally and externally, not only concerning finances, but also concerning my sense of 'self'.
