David Douglas Pefka

David represented me twice: First (in 2006) in a personal-injury case (rear-ended by a youth-driven SUV at a highway toll plaza), which he passed on to a Workers' Comp specialist; the second time (in 2007), as well, in a personal-injury case (again, rear-ended by an uninsured immigrant, at a stop lig...ht). In both instances, David worked diligently on my behalf. What was very important to me was that he did not allow any "ego issues" to prevent referring me to someone else who could best represent me. In both instances, David represented me faithfully, met with me regularly, and always kept me "in the loop"; he never made decisions where my input was necessary, without first consulting me, informing me of the "why" and "how" of the choices, and the "pros" and "cons" involved. David was, truly, an advocate for me and my best interests. I continue to consult with him on all my legal matters, and do not hesitate to refer others to him.
