Stuart helped us with our Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. We were very nervous about going thru with it but Stuart put our minds at ease. We weren't "bad" people for filing, in fact I was pleased to find out that our forefathers thought it was so important that its written into our constitution! We just n...eeded a fresh start so we could get on with our lives. One good example I could give is, if you cant pay your bills and you don't file for protection your creditors can sue you and if they win your wages can be garnished. Now, my husband lost his job after two years of pay cuts.We went through all of our savings trying to keep up but it was over. Thankfully he found another job in another state. We didn't need creditors calling his new employer trying to garnish his pay!! It truly is a fresh start and we can start over and do it right. Stuart's fees are a little higher than some billboard,bus stop, cheaper lawyer but I wouldn't let just anyone handle something so important. You get what you pay for and I can assure you Mr. Young is worth it.
