I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney and had already been to 2 other bankruptcy attorney in west palm beach but they never explained the process. I am disabled suffer from heart failure and bankruptcy seemed so complicated. After reading other reviews I decided to contact Stuart Young for an app...ointment. The receptionist was so confident and said that I needed to have a consultation with Mr. Young. I was so glad I did Mr. Young was so helpful and understanding. He went over all the paper work and explained what I needed to fill out. Also what papers I needed to provide. I had another issue come up with FPL and they shut off my power. Mr. Young was so understanding and confident that he would be able to help get the power restored if we rushed the bankruptcy. After paying the rush fee his staff had the papers ready within two days and after going over the papers the petition was filed. Mr. Young then went above and beyond he made the calls to FPL got my power turned on after 3 weeks without power. My grand daughter who is 16 months lives with me as well as my 3 kids. We can't thank Mr. Young and his fantastic staff enough. They are so incredible at their craft. Mr. Young and his staff are professional, understanding and very intelligent. I wanted to write about Stu Young, the attorney representing my brother in difficult bankruptcy. During the course Stu’s representation I got to know him pretty well and wanted to say he’s a brilliant bankruptcy attorney who truly knows his stuff - an order magnitude smarter and way nicer than most a...ttorneys I’ve met. He’s amazingly knowledgeable at navigating the complexities of bankruptcy and planning things so that everything happens the right way, the best way possible, with no mistakes. And just as importantly he’s a genuine honest and kind human being who really cares about his clients and the hardship and emotional distress bankruptcy can cause. He’s a concerned person who wants to help any way he can and he called me numerous times to discuss Eddie’s case and how to best help my brother who was in extreme emotional distress. Sadly, my dear brother committed suicide - he was very depressed and had many problems in additional to his financial troubles, but Stu was the most helpful attorney I’ve ever met. And even though I only knew him for a few short weeks, there he was at my brother Eddie’s funeral. He’s one of a kind and I wish all attorneys could be half as kind and compassionate as him.
