Joshua Todd Hill Hauserman

I went to the office of Joshua Hauserman upon recommendation from a friend who had been there. I was late on my mortgage payments about 2 years and had racked up a lot of credit card debt. He offered me a bankruptcy chapter 7 with the modification program inside of it. They were able to modify my hom...e with the HAMP modification and help me get rid of all my credit card debt at the same time. The office is very nice and the staff is all bilingual Spanish and English which made it easier for my husband who only speaks Spanish to call in and work with them.

I meet Mr. Hauserman regarding a bankruptcy I wanted to do. Not only did he advice me of all my possibilities but also was very understanding of my situation. He came off as a very humble person who tries to help out the community as best as he can. The first consultation was completely free and also... advised me if I wished to return for more questions it was "free of charge and only wants to help people understand their options". Mr. Hauserman came off as not only a good man but as an attorney who can be trusted, which is something I have had a hard time with in the past. Not only did he help me with my debt, his staff was very kind through the whole process. I would recommend him to everyone !
