Steven R. Braten is a community association attorney with significant experience in developer turnover issues, country clubs, marinas, and condominium hotels. He also has a broad background in complex litigation from general commercial disputes to creditors’ rights and solutions, both in state court and in bankruptcy court. Always a fine job
