My sister got in some trouble in Miami. She is not from this country and was charged with a crime. We didn't know who to call but when Matt answered the phone, he made us feel comfortable from the start. He explained to us the process, what to expect and always communicated with us. Without question, Matt helped me (and indirectly my son) through one of the more difficult challenges I have ever faced. I got pulled over for swirving and the next thing I knew I was being charged with a DUI when I had not even drank.I did the breathalyzer and it was negative and for some reason they didn't put it down in the paperwork. It was a long awaiting process that took 11 months to go through. My experience from the very first contact was a positive and encouraging one. Always given support and guidance. After many postponements, six in all, the day finally came. Matt was great already at court waiting for me for what w...as going to be long process since we were the very last case. Matt guided me through it all with clear and positive encouragement. From the very beginning when I visited the Palm Beach office to when I went to the Fort Lauderdale one everyone was courteous and extremely helpful.
