Biography
- Mr. Masnikoff grew up in Lighthouse Point, Florida. He graduated high school from Ely High School in 1992. In 1995, he graduated Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. Mr. Masnikoff then graduated and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 1998. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class.
- For three years, Mr. Masnikoff worked for a large insurance defense law firm: Kelley, Kronenberg, Gilmartin, Fichtel, and Wander, P.A. The Law Offices of Lewen, Reich, & Mancini then recruited Mr. Masnikoff to open an office in West Palm Beach. Three years later, Mr. Lewen retired and sold his West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices to Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A.
- After five years as a partner at Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A., Mr. Masnikoff opened his own law firm, Lyle B. Masnikoff and Associates, P.A. We have offices in West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale. Our attorneys and staff are multi-lingual in Spanish, Creole, French, and Portuguese. Lyle B. Masnikoff and Associates, P.A. continues to serve the entire State of Florida by representing people who get injured while working. Over the years, we have represented thousands of individuals who have filed workers compensation claims, Federal Longshore Lawsuits, and Jones Act Lawsuits. We have negotiated thousands of settlement agreements worth millions of dollars. We have attended thousands of mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and Trials.
