Brian Todd Pakett

There is no other way for me to begin writing this. My greatest fear has always been to be falsely accused of a crime that I did not commit and to be labeled as a criminal and to be thrown in jail wrongfully and unjustly. This is especially bad considering that I also have autism. Without going in...to too much detail, and out of common courtesy and respect, I will not mention the name of my public defender- who was supposed to reach out to me- but to the best of my knowledge, never personally did. I was left in absolute darkness. I feared I was going to show up in court on my court date and have absolutely nobody to defend me, and that my fate would be decided by people who may have already assumed the worst in me and passed judgment without ever really knowing who I am or caring that I am 100% completely innocent. I feared that my life would be completely and permanently ruined and that I had no hope. In that exact moment I prayed to God and took a leap of faith, and started tearing open envelopes that lawyers had sent me as advertisements. (This seems to be a normal common thing) the first lawyer I called, I explained that I had no money and could never pay but begged for help. They kind of just wasted my time and after explaining many things they then told me that I would have to pay. I wondered why they didn't just turn me away the moment I said that. I immediately hung up and tore open the second envelope. Within that envelope was a letter from The Pakett law group. For some reason instead of calling the number right away I was drawn to the letter within and noticed how it appeared so thoughtfully written as if written by an actual human being and not by some kind of weird corporate advertisement or car dealership salesman. The letter was short and simple and genuine and did not have an ounce of artificiality to it at all. It just seemed like a decent real kind human being personally wrote it out. I called the number. I started by immediately explaining with complete and total honesty that I was financially hopeless and could never pay, and explained my situation and essentially begged for help, having absolutely no idea what to expect. What Mr Brian Pakett said next completely surprised me. They mentioned that their assistant Victoria was also listening to our conversation (which is perfectly okay with me) and that their assistant asked them to consider helping me, and because of that Mr Brian Pakett said to me that they had decided that they would help me, and that I would be the first person that they had ever helped for free. I immediately broke down crying because for the first time in what felt like forever, I felt a sense of peace and relief and safety. I never believed that I would ever feel those things ever again. Only a short time later I received word from Mr. Brian Pakett that my case was dismissed and that I no longer needed to show up to court. Thanks to Brian Pakett and Victoria, I am now free. In my life I have become very familiar with what it feels like to be in the bad place downstairs metaphorically speaking, but because of the angels that God has sent me on my journey, such as Mr. Brian Pakett and Victoria, I am now truly on a path to salvation. I now know what hope means, and now I get to start a fresh clean brand-new life. For the first time ever, it feels like my life is going to finally begin. The first thing that I thought when I heard Victoria's name, was that it was fitting- considering that God has given truth and Justice and goodness Victory and triumph over evil and lies and Injustice. Brian Pakett and Victoria have plucked me from the hungry sharp toothy maw of chaos and evil incarnate. With a new appreciation for my freedom, I intend to live life with a new purpose and meaning. My new Life starts now. Thank you. Thank God.

Brian was able to resolve my cases in a very favorable manner. He took a lot of effort the explore every possible outcome and then explained it to me. He kept my wife informed every step of the way. He was able to create a favorable plea arrangement that was doable. He was very familiar with situati...ons like mine, he kept in contact and was always reachable. He took the time to get to know me and my particular situation. I never felt pushed off or like a number. I consider him an excellent lawyer.

I could LITERALLY spend an entire day writing about this man and all of the good he does to help people. Brian isn't just any old lawyer, this guy is a BEAST!!! in the courtroom. Those crazy good attorneys you see on TV yelling their points making compelling stories with such ease and finesse....ye...a...that's Brian Packett for sure! After wasting 15 grand on this horrible attorney Brett Rogers who had quite a stellar record mind you, but really just wasn't getting the job done for me, so I finally reached out to my old buddy Matt Schwenke who does civil law whos actually in the top 40 civil trial lawyers in the NATION, I said Matt I need a good criminal attorney to help me expose this evil organization that was not only effectively trying to remove my child from my custody by filing bogus reports to DCF but then threatening my and my daughters life with her pictures and threats by emails, really sick stuff.... Matt said I got just the guy! He recommended Brian T Packett,..... and I promise you... I will forever be grateful as he has not only saved me and kept me out of trouble more times than i can count, this guy Id be proud to call a friend. He is there without a doubt any time ive ever needed him and he cost like a 1/3 of the price of my old scumbag attorney. Now I love learning all about the law, and Brians always there for me. Its also totally turned me on to filing these whistleblower complaints against all these corrupt and evil establishments; and the government will pay you too! Its awesome. Seriously I would not have my beautiful 4 year old child right now if it weren't for Brian T Packett. There has not been one instance i can possibly think of yet that Brian has not been either able to guide me on or flat out correct. He knows EXACTLY what hes doing, I promise you will not be disappointed.... He is that good....Just the other week i was so worried i couldnt even think about sleeping so i was grateful even in the late hours he made himself available to me, it was actually better than taking ambien, I went right to sleep after. Thanks Brian for all you do...... I am grateful....

Me Pakett was Amazing just like he says no case to big or to small. he explained everything to me and my husband about what could happen, whats my best option because I had no clue after he took my case I was at ease he communicated very well about everything he really fights hard for his clients i w...ould recommend him anyway.

Brian either answered my calls or quickly responded to me. He gave worthwhile advice which helped my son immensely. He laid out all the possible options with the scenario which was the most likely. He was able to do what he said he was going to do at reasonable prices. He has been very helpful and ...I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
