I was buying a house and noticed fence was 15 feet off the property line for the last 10plus years, asked few attorneys and they did the regular mambo jamboo... of it depends and you might want to consider talking to neighbot before closing, He MIGHT have a claim, you need an attorney...bluh bluh... ...and I am closing in 7 days!!! I do not need MIGHT, I need the law!! When I talked to Mr Arsali, He gave me a straight, to the point answer, no maybe or might, He told me the law as it was, I closed my deal and he was right, the neighbor talked to his lawyer and when I showed them the letter by Mr. Arsali. They could not say anything, I moved the fence and have a larger yard. Thanks a lot
