Outstanding!
We have used Mr. Golden's services many times over the past few years. My husband unfortunately has a very heavy foot. Our latest ticket was dismissed totally. I cannot thank Mr. Golden enough! “I have never been disciplined for any type of improper client representation, and I have represented over 50,000 clients. This was a minor technical violation due to an old advertisement letter being mistakenly stuffed into an envelope by a member of my staff. The older advertisement had, in fact, been preapproved by the Florida Bar but was now improperly worded due to an update/change in the Bar's wording requirements.”

“This in no way was a result of any type of improper client representation. As a young lawyer, I was unaware that certain forms of written advertisement had to be submitted to the Florida Bar for approval prior to disbursement. Another attorney's secretary received one of my advertisements and he turned it into the Bar. She never even hired our office. I was required to attend a class at which the advertising rules were reviewed.”
