Replied last January 12, 2016I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience with our firm. But I will reasonably infer that your final result was indeed a positive one, since you did not criticize the actual result. Our office sends a confirmation letter and receipt upon hiring that clearly tells the client that the final court date may be 3 or more months away, and that results will follow afterwards. It is also important that we wait to receive the actual disposition from the Court with the judge’s signature, match it with your file, and send you the accurate result. Simply looking up the result on the Clerk’s website without verifying the judge’s signed disposition can result in mistakes, i.e. at times Clerk’s make scrivener’s errors when entering information into the computer. Thus the short delay to await the actual judge signed disposition is to protect you as the client. If an inaccuracy was entered by the Clerk, we would file the appropriate motion to correct the matter and protect your driving record. Finally, all attorneys that attend in court hearings are highly skilled and experienced with great knowledge of their local courtrooms, thus allowing us to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

“I have never been disciplined for any type of improper client representation, and I have represented over 50,000 clients. This was a minor technical violation due to an old advertisement letter being mistakenly stuffed into an envelope by a member of my staff. The older advertisement had, in fact, been preapproved by the Florida Bar but was now improperly worded due to an update/change in the Bar's wording requirements.”

As a young lawyer, I was unaware that certain forms of written advertisement had to be submitted to the Florida Bar for approval prior to disbursement. Another attorney's secretary received one of my advertisements and he turned it into the Bar. She never even hired our office. I was required to attend a class at which the advertising rules were reviewed.”
