As a business owner, and a bit stubborn personally at times if I believe in the cause -- I have been both a defendant and a plaintiff. As a result, I have had many attorneys over the last 30+ years for various matters and I couldn't be more impressed with Wayne and the way he has handled my case(s) ...and me ;) I am grateful every day that I reached out to Wayne an early Monday morning, after searching the internet (which was/is so unlike me because I go on friend/associate referrals) and stumbling on one of his podcast. Wayne is super smart, so knowledgeable, patient with me as I am an emotional middle aged "girl" and always makes himself available, if not with his daughter and beautiful family. It was evident early on how much he adored his daughter and I respect that very much. I don't think I have ever taken the time to let the world know how grateful I am to have Wayne advocate for me. And when I am wrong, he tells me - coaches me and is eager to settle on the best terms, but settle nonetheless rather than billing hours. If you need an attorney, look no further - trust me when I say he is AWESOME!! HIRE HIM NOW! Oh, and he is totally fair and reasonable which helps a lot!!
