As a business owner, and a bit stubborn personally at times if I believe in the cause -- I have been both a defendant and a plaintiff. As a result, I have had many attorneys over the last 30+ years for various matters and I couldn't be more impressed with Wayne and the way he has handled my case(s) ...and me ;) I am grateful every day that I reached out to Wayne an early Monday morning, after searching the internet (which was/is so unlike me because I go on friend/associate referrals) and stumbling on one of his podcast. It was early because I was in an absolute panic after learning I had made a VERY big mistake - like HUGE - and shortly after leaving the voicemail -- he called. In fact, he answers calls, texts, emails, early in the morning, at night, and weekends. His only priority before clients is his daughter. Otherwise his dedication is incredible. Imagine, attorneys and professionals who actually respond timely and care!! I did receive several referrals later that day, but something told me he was the one! Since then, I have somehow created more legal woes and he is there every step of the way. Wayne is super smart, so knowledgeable, patient with me as I am an emotional middle aged "girl" and always makes himself available, if not with his daughter and beautiful family. It was evident early on how much he adored his daughter and I respect that very much. I don't think I have ever taken the time to let the world know how grateful I am to have Wayne advocate for me. And when I am wrong, he tells me - coaches me and is eager to settle on the best terms, but settle nonetheless rather than billing hours. If you need an attorney, look no further - trust me when I say he is AWESOME!! HIRE HIM NOW! Oh, and he is totally fair and reasonable which helps a lot!!

Ignored phone calls and court orders. My case was lost only due to their negligence. The judge actually sighted the reason in her final ruling.  After getting paid, the two partners and cousins did nothing to help. Avoid using this law firm. If you have been impacted by these clowns, file a Florida B...ar complaint.

Having hired Mr. Kramer I am happy to report he was fair and honest in both his dealings and his assessment of my case, and more than fair in his pricing. His advice and action promptly resolved my issue, and his personal attention to my case was above and beyond. I am very grateful to him for his he...lp and would recommend to anyone in need.

Mr. Kramer failed to comply with a court order for discovery, failed to inform me about it, was dishonest about it when confronted, and then made a motion to withdraw from my case the day before my hearing. Mr. Kramer took my money and made my case worse by not following court orders. The worst attor...ney ever in my opinion.

I hired Wayne and his partner after a recommendation from a friend. I have had need for many lawyers in my life and by far Wayne was one of the kindest and most professional I have dealt with. Hired to deal with several foreclosures he handled each one with care and even though the process languishe...d longer then anyone would imagine he never asked for a dollar more. When he could not come to the phone his associate or office manager was always able to get me an answer. I often got a response from them less then 10 minutes after I sent an email. He scheduled regular office meetings to discuss my situation and offered options as the cases went along. I had properties in two different Florida counties and he still handled them with equal skill. My concerns were addressed and he was extremely knowledgeable especially when it came to new laws and procedures, the inclination of some courts and judges, and what was the best way to approach certain banks in regards to short sales or avoiding foreclosure all together. I can tell you from experience over the past 4 to 5 years that Wayne helped me so much in the difficult and emotional foreclosure process for not just one home but for a few. He never asked for more money, never did any less for each property and worked with every bank and law firm needed to get me to a much better place then before I hired him. He cares, he knows what he is talking about, he gets back to you and does what he says he will do.............no surprises or excuses...........I can't say that about most of my other legal representation I have had.
