Outstanding Legal Representation with a compassionate and caring attitude

I hired Wayne and his partner after a recommendation from a friend. I have had need for many lawyers in my life and by far Wayne was one of the kindest and most professional I have dealt with. Hired to deal with several foreclosures he handled each one with care and even though the process languishe...d longer then anyone would imagine he never asked for a dollar more. When he could not come to the phone his associate or office manager was always able to get me an answer. I often got a response from them less then 10 minutes after I sent an email. He scheduled regular office meetings to discuss my situation and offered options as the cases went along. I had properties in two different Florida counties and he still handled them with equal skill. My concerns were addressed and he was extremely knowledgeable especially when it came to new laws and procedures, the inclination of some courts and judges, and what was the best way to approach certain banks in regards to short sales or avoiding foreclosure all together. I can tell you from experience over the past 4 to 5 years that Wayne helped me so much in the difficult and emotional foreclosure process for not just one home but for a few. He never asked for more money, never did any less for each property and worked with every bank and law firm needed to get me to a much better place then before I hired him. He cares, he knows what he is talking about, he gets back to you and does what he says he will do.............no surprises or excuses...........I can't say that about most of my other legal representation I have had. Thank you Wayne, thank you all at Midler and Kramer.

One of the best Real Estate Attorneys

I have been a client of Wayne Kramer since 2008. In that time he has helped me and my family with numerous legal real estate issues and transactions. I have found him to be very responsive and extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He has always put my needs and interests first. I hav...e referred his service to other friends and family members who are also very satisfied with his work and helpfulness. If you are considering any kind of real estate transaction or find yourself in need of strong legal representation to protect your interests then Wayne Kramer is who you want.

Review

Midler & Kramer, P.A. is probably the worst law firm in the U.S., bar none. They would not take my case unless I paid all fees upfront. Once I paid the flat-fee retainer, it became very difficult to obtain information on the status of my case. This firm does not provide regular updates to clients. Wh...enever I called to speak to the attorney of record, Wayne Kramer, I always got the same canned response: "Mr. Kramer is in a meeting, he'll get back to you." The lone receptionist is always rude and defensive. After years of sitting on my case, on the eve of the trial, Wayne Kramer, made a Motion to Withdraw from my case. Needless to say, I had to find another attorney. The firm hasn't returned any portion of my retainer. If you have a foreclosure case, absolutely stay away from this firm. He took his entire professional fees in advance, and provided an inaccurate, worthless expert opinion. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar against this firm and Wayne Kramer. Both attorneys are totally lazy and incompetent. This firm is a NIGHTMARE! Don't waste your time and money with this firm.

MIssion Accomplished !

Due to circumstances beyond my control I found myself in foreclosure. A trusted friend recommended Wayne Kramer of Midler Kramer. I was a little desperate to learn my options and how to address this very difficult situation. I worked so hard for so long to get my home and not only was I losing the ...home but the process was beyond my ability to try to handle it alone. Mr Kramer took the time to explain what my options were and I left his office that day with tremendous relief, at least now I understood my options. The option I chose was not the easiest from a legal standpoint but it best fit what I needed and Mr Kramer was gracious to accept the task at hand. Not only to accept the task at hand but to rigorously follow through on all the steps necessary to keep the plan on track. The bottom line is my very difficult situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction. That in and of itself to me proves Mr Kramer's level of expertise in this area. I don't pretend to understand all the details of the process, but I know enough to understand there was a lot on the line and Mr Kramer had to sharpen his pencil and skills to deal with the legal system (which itself is far from a simple system) and he did not steer me wrong. I am now in the process of re-building my life, moving past difficult circumstances and I would not be on the better side of this difficult situation if it were not for the patience, effort, and expertise that Mr Kramer provided. My entire family expresses gratitude to Mr Kramer and the offices of Midler Kramer for resolving a difficult situation and giving us back the opportunity to re-build and move forward. Mission Accomplished! Many Thanks William

A talented attorney who clearly knows the law and protects homeowners from unethical and illegal foreclosures.

I am both a current and former client of Midler and Kramer, and I am extremely surprised to read some of the reviews of this firm. Though Mr. Wayne Midler, one of the firm’s partners, does not answer every one of my calls, he does eventually return them. Originally I had issue with this until he exp...lained to me that he is in court almost every day and can usually speak about my case after hours and if I needed something to text him, which is the only way he can communicate in court. Wayne always timely responded to my text and if it was a “pressing issue” he was sure to call me when he was free. I understand that if he doesn't take or return my call, it is because he is preparing for trial for another client. I eventually figured out that I would want the same focus on my case when it was my time for a hearing or trial and that most of my calls were based on fear of losing my home. Eventually I began to trust Wayne and the firm, as they have never failed me. I came to this firm as a pro se litigant who found that I was in over my head as a defendant in a foreclosure suit. Wayne is a great attorney and an excellent strategist for foreclosure defense. I came to him a month before trial and after he generously gave 2 hours of his time at our initial consult (before hiring him). He drafts excellent arguments and motions using appropriate case law and applies it all very well. He understands the disposition of opposing counsel and judges alike. He calls me right after every motion is heard, with the results and next step in the process never rushes me off the phone. I certainly would recommend this firm to anyone seeking an attorney with this type of insight. Prior to me hiring Midler and Kramer I spoke to about 5-6 other firms whose retainer terms were seemingly absurd. Some even wanted a percentage of my homesteaded property (if we won) AND a hefty fee. Midler and Kramer's fee structure was exceptionally fair, considering the work needed to be done. For trial preparation, and on multiple occasions, we spent several hours together in his office (usually Saturdays) organizing my evidence file. The case against me was dismissed and thanks to the firm, we thwarted the banks' attempt to illegally seize my home. I also hired Midler and Kramer to defend a family member's case, which he also had dismissed. The law offices of Midler and Kramer is currently retained by me in another suit, in which I am fully confident in a 3-0 winning record. If you are looking for a foreclosure firm to win your case, but can handle the fact you may have to wait to have your calls returned or get timelier answers through text then hire this firm. I am very glad I did.
