Ms Pedersen filed our application to adjust our status to Permanent Resident, beacause our priority date under the Family category became current. My wife was successful with her application, as her father filed for all of us. My son and I were told that 'our priority date could not be established'. ... We were devastated !! However, Ms Pedersen calmed us down and assured us that she would do her best to assist us. She refiled our docs, to a Supervisor this time.Well this worked, and we were given an appointment for our Residency Interview!
