I am familiar with DHS and USCIS’ administrative procedures and provides client representation at all levels of the immigration review.  My cross-cultural background allows me to provide legal and business advice that fits the cultural context of my clients.

The Best Supportive Lawyer

The first lawyer I hired was also from the St Louis area. Did such a poor job I actually received a notice to deport. Spoke with a local attorney and referred me to Evita. After much work on her part she got the deportation stopped and received my green card. Actually got my citizenship this month 07-17-20. She did a great job for me ! Ubon

I contacted Evita to help with a US spousal visa for my Filipina / dream girl / wife. Evita was very communicative, and positive throughout the entire process.
