Biography
My practice is limited to immigration and general business law and includes application of immigration laws to achieve immigration and naturalization benefits for my foreign clients. I assist my clients in obtaining permanent and temporary employment visas, setting up businesses and staying in compliance with all US immigration laws. My clients from around the world include business and academic students, exchange visitors, business personnel, professionals, nurses, doctors, athletes, entertainers, religious workers, investors, persons with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, professors and multinational managers .
I am familiar with DHS and USCIS’ administrative procedures and provides client representation at all levels of the immigration review. My cross-cultural background allows me to provide legal and business advice that fits the cultural context of my clients.
