I consulted Mrs Caroly Pederson first time in September, 2015. Since our first conversation, I knew that if I hired her on my case I will never regret it, I was right. She is not only experienced and had lots of successful cases, but she is also very kind. When DOMA repealed, we as a same sex marriage couple and been together for eight years were scrambling to find a lawyer who dares to take our case. A few lawyers that we talked to were so afraid to take our case with an excuse that it was too early and it hadn’t become a law yet (one lawyer even said... it has to have the approval of congress). Out of random search in hope to find a lawyer for our case, we called Caroly, during our conversation with her we knew it right away that she is the one. She is bold, confident and most importantly not afraid to tackle challenges. She helped us all the way and eventually led us to pass the residency interview. We couldn’t thank you enough. She is smart, kind, pleasant, articulate, detail-oriented and always makes you feel at home in her office. As my partner who is worry-bud, she always comforted us and found way to make us feel at ease. Unlike so many lawyers out there who are money-oriented and calculating, her fees are relatively low and worth every penny. Because of her presence, we went through the interview smoothly and almost without a hitch. We were her first same-sex marriage case and we hope Caroly will have many more in the future simply because she is understanding and compassionate toward gay people and their struggles. I remember the first time I called the office I was nervous because I never called or talked to any attorney befor but I was more then confident that she would help me through my mess. I was referred from a great great just amazing friend that I trusted so she told me about this attorney . I came in ...for the appointment the office was amazing so warm and inviting felt like I was at home, then I saw her and then I remember say my situation my be a lot different butt because of her skills and perfessionalism the case was easy breezy she explain in detail all the personal documents that I need to have with me on the next appointment and I did exactly wat she told me to do I took the time to look throught and find everything she asked me to have. It took a lot of time and something I thought I lost but I found everything after that she started my papers and informed me through phone call and direct email on my follow ups wit my Immagration statues her staff was absolutely amazing when ever I had a question of any kind her staff was capable of answering every one there was never a time i was no aware of what was goin on with my stautes I could honestly say the staff and the attorney have mad my life so much stress free so much easyer i feel like i can breath ... But through out my process I am beyond saticified I'm soo soo happy I thought this process was going to take one to two years and ONLY took 4-5 mouths every peace of document every appointment came in no time at all soo I will recommend her to everyone I no every one !!!
