Caroly was the 2nd attorney we met with and immediately loved her softspoken tone and patience. She was clear and up front with the steps of the whole process and made us feel at ease. It was very comfortable to talk to her and ask and answer questions. That took an enormous amount of stress off of u...s and it changed our attitude about filing bankruptcy. She never judged us and we really felt like she was on our side and would do anything in her power to get the whole process done quickly and efficiently. The interview with the judge at the end was so nerve racking and scary for me, but we were well prepared thanks to Caroly. It went so smooth. After searching the World Wide Web for the right lawyer. I stumbled across Caroly really for some advice. Ms Pedersen filed our application to adjust our status to Permanent Resident, beacause our priority date under the Family category became current. My wife was successful with her application, as her father filed for all of us. My son and I were told that 'our priority date could not be established'. ... We were devastated !! However, Ms Pedersen calmed us down and assured us that she would do her best to assist us. She refiled our docs, to a Supervisor this time.Well this worked, and we were given an appointment for our Residency Interview!
