Richard is an exceptional lawyer with a plethora of experience in labor related lawsuits for both management and employees. The first contact with him showed he was extremely prompt and able to respond quickly by either phone or email. The initial consultation was attentive and forthcoming with... recommendations, while at the same time not being pushy towards any one outcome. Throughout the course of my case I could tell he was both comfortable and able to easily navigate the difficulties of my situation.
