I have just under $1000 in non-refundable attorney fees with her, that will be just a waste of money. Although she ultimately got done what needed to get done, it ended up costing me more money in the long run, with the retainer fee. It was always days, sometimes even weeks, before I got ANYONE to ...return a phone call or email. There were days at a time when nobody answered the office phone many times throughout the day. They were very quick to respond in getting my deposit and sign the agreement, but after that, hardly no communication at all.....unless I sent several emails and left several messages expressing my frustration. I sent one email asking questions about the safety conditions of the child we were in dispute about....never even got a reply.
