Simply the best

Heaven must be missing an angel and somehow I was blessed with having Natalie help me through the worst of times in a post-dissolution situation. It’s one thing to be extremely knowledgeable, uber-thorough and conscientious. But, I’ve yet to know an attorney with the level of patience, compassion and kindness that is Natalie Kay. She is a true advocate and makes you feel like she has your back and that you are protected and safe. She always makes herself available to talk…in my case, she had to talk me down from my own anxiety a few times. She responds almost instantly to emails. Always calm while listening, clearly explaining and assuring. It’s ridiculously stressful being in a situation where you need a Family Law Attorney. I highly recommend Natalie Kay as an attorney who will not add to that stress but subtract from it.

I left a prior review in in 2020. Thankfully, I have not needed Ms. Kay's assistance since then as she created a bullet-proof Modified Mediation Agreement. I had been to mediation twice before but my ex-husband would not hold up to the agreements. I was forced to take legal action and suffered financially, physically and emotionally. The Agreement that Ms. Kay constructed is one where my ex-husband would be working in his worst interest if he were to default or resume his prior tortuous ways. For the first time in 12 years since my divorce, I have been receiving monthly payments regularly. I only wish I had known Ms. Kay when I was getting the divorce. I would have probably avoided ten years of torment. Natalie Kay is the one you want on YOUR side.

Natalie Kay is an Partner and Business Unit Leader in the Fort Lauderdale office of Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on Family and Marital Law. Natalie also represents parties in family law appellate matters and has published opinions in the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida.

Prior to joining the national law firm of Kelley Kronenberg, Natalie worked as an Associate Attorney for a family law and civil litigation firm; Natalie has international experience; during law school Natalie was a legal assistant to two partners at the prestigious law firm of Reynolds, Porter and Chamberlin, LLP in London, a recognized Top 50 Largest UK based law firm. Additionally, during her final year of law school, she worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Nova Southeastern University Children & Family Law Clinic and gained extensive litigation experience while focusing on the legal needs of individuals, with particular emphasis on the economically disadvantaged and served as a legal intern with the Public Defender’s office of Broward County, sitting second chair to the senior attorney of the murder and sex crimes division.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Florida Atlantic University where she was a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship recipient. Natalie went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While attending law school, Natalie was on the Dean’s List and received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Association Scholarship for Excellence in Matrimonial Law.

Patient and kind

Going through a divorce is a very difficult time. I was so lucky to have Natalie on my team and by my side for the hardest days of my life. I was by no means an easy client. It was hard for me to accept what was happening in my life. Natalie and her team did their best to keep me calm and sane. In the end, their advice, expertise and caring ways, got me through a very tumultuous divorce. Natalie is a rock star. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of the bench. Amazing Communicator

Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Divorce/Family Law is not fun however Natalie truly showed empathy for my situation. Natalie understands and was able to clearly explain the steps that need to be taken and the reasons why. My focus was doing what was best for my children which included maintaining a positive relationship with my ex since her attorneys were wasting time & money. Regardless of the distractions, Natalie was able to keep me focused on what was important, even if it meant less litigation. Hopefully, I'll never need Natalie again, however if I need a family attorney in the future, she will be the first person I call.

Beyond Happy

Natalie was fantastic to work with. From our consultation all the way to the end of our legal process. She was incredibly attentive, quick to communicate back even when it was over communication on my end. Natalie was quickly able to put my mind at ease when we hit bumps in the road and never lied about what could potentially happen so we could prepare for anything. The girls in her office were always very helpful and sweet as well. The only concern I had was it felt a few simple mistakes were made and I truly think it was just that they are an incredibly busy firm and sometimes things get caught up in the chaos, but I do understand why they were busy. They get things done and we got the outcome we wanted. Natalie was willing to listen to anything We brought up as options and was open minded to many things. So, it was nice to feel we had a huge part in what was happening as well. I think she’s an amazing woman, she cares about her clients, and is willing to fight for you. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a lawyer in her field of expertise.

Amazing creativity & knowledge

The worst thing anyone can go threw is a divorce, the best thing is having someone to be there every minute, hour, days, weeks, months, years by your side fighting for you and delivering justice, so you can be with the most important thing in the world, your child. Natalie and Tracy are truly super heroes, these women are experienced, knowledgeable, and caring, they understood my situation, legal rights, and most important gaining my legal custody agreement for my son. As a father I am forever grateful, they are not just super lawyers but parents who understand other parents. The Best

I hired Natalie's firm to handle my divorce. My only meeting was with her Sr. Partner but my case ended up in Natalie's hands....and I am so grateful. I felt like I was being represented by a friend, even though we had only "met" through email. All my questions were answered instantly, no waiting hours for a reply. She was attentive, understanding...everything I needed. I met Natalie during one of the most difficult moments in my life! Facing a separation ending in divorce with 2 small children, is not easy.
