Biography
Mrs. Pelosi was born in Swindon, the United Kingdom in 1953. She earned her B.S. degree in 1982 from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Miami. In her more than 28 years of practice, Mrs. Pelosi has concentrated her practice in the areas of general civil and commercial litigation, probate, estate and trust administration with a special focus in family law, family law mediation and collaborative family law. Mrs. Pelosi has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1985; received her Florida Supreme Court certification as a family law mediator in 1999, and became a founding member of The Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida in 2000. Mrs. Pelosi often appears before the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida on behalf of creditor lenders.
